Templer HomeBuild is seeking a technically minded Technical Building Coordinator (Property Services Coordinator) to strengthen our building safety and compliance function. You will carry out property inspections, condition surveys and HHSRS assessments, while coordinating tenant permissions and compliance cases.

Reporting to the Lead Compliance Surveyor, you’ll work with residents, surveyors and contractors in a flexible hybrid role, with time split between office, community and home, and with

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing, property management or a related property services field.
• Basic but sound understanding of housing compliance, construction methods and building pathology.
• Excellent communication skills with residents, colleagues and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mutual exchanges, tenant permission requests, compliance no-access cases and wayleave agreements.
• Provide a professional, customer-focused compliance service.
• Work with residents, surveyors, contractors and legal partners to ensure cases meet requirements.
• Split time between office, community and home in an agile working environment.
