Salary: A£24,242 - A£30,790 per annum
Waythrough, launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship, aims to break down barriers that prevent people from accessing support to live valued lives. We address poverty and disadvantage through services in mental health, substance misuse, housing, and related areas, with nearly 200 services across England supported by around 3,500 staff and volunteers, helping approximately 125,000 people annually.

We are seeking a Building Recovery Coordinator (serving HMYOI Deerbolt as the community) to support service delivery within Reconnected to Health. You will provide 1:1 support to service users who have completed most of their recovery journey, adopting a holistic approach to care to ensure comprehensive wellbeing support. You will also recruit, train, and supervise peer mentors who will assist in group activities, mutual aid, focus groups, and projects.
