MAPP is a leading UK real estate consultancy focused on holistic property management. This role, based at One Millennium Bridge, supports the Senior Building Manager to deliver top-tier service and maintain the building to the highest standards.

The Assistant Building Manager will oversee both hard and soft services, coordinate with contractors and occupiers, and ensure compliance with safety, permits to work, and service charge budgeting. An opportunity to grow within an employee-owned business.

Formación

• 2 years experience in a similar role.
• IOSH essential certification.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Senior Building Manager in service delivery and site operations.
• Manage hard and soft services to maintain high standards.
• Prepare and monitor service charge budgets and expenditure with CDM compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and occupiers to ensure quality and safety.
