Are you a confident, operationally minded professional with a passion for managing commercial properties? This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead as Building Manager on a high-profile, multi-occupied property in Surrey.

You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring a smooth tenant mobilisation, day-to-day operations, and top-tier service delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the mobilisation of tenants – ensure smooth transitions and excellent experiences
2. Oversee daily operations of a multi-tenanted commercial building
3. Manage budgets, financial reporting & operational cost control
4. Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and company policies
5. Lead the tendering and contractor selection process
6. Maintain regular communication with tenants – resolving issues efficiently

• Strong leadership & team motivation skills

• Knowledge of Health & Safety compliance
• Comfortable using MS Office & property management software
