Join a specialist UK consultancy as part of the growing Building Safety team. This is a new position created in response to the Building Safety Act, seeking someone who can support the CDM/Health & Safety Team as a BR/PD and Building Regulations Consultant. Our client is looking for a professional with a Building Control background and strong building regulations knowledge to deliver BSA-related projects within the team. This role can be performed from anywhere in the UK, but proximity to London is preferred.

As a Senior Building Control Consultant, you would be responsible for delivering the Principal Designer (Building Regulations) role primarily related to Safety Management and broader company responsibilities. This includes contributing to the PD/BR function, processes, and competency evidence.
