Mears Group in Ilford is seeking a Building Maintenance Supervisor to oversee inspections, supervise tradespeople and coordinate repairs across multiple sites.
You will log works, produce reports using PDA systems and Excel, ensure health and safety, and manage resources to meet deadlines. A full UK driving licence is required.
