BIMM University is seeking a Building & Maintenance Officer to keep campus facilities safe, well‑maintained and ready to support teaching, learning and wider activity.
You will be part of the Campus Operations team, taking a hands‑on role in maintaining buildings and equipment, coordinating with contractors and service teams to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across the campus and Performing Arts spaces.

As a Building & Maintenance Officer, you will support the day-to-day running of campus buildings, helping to ensure they are safe, well maintained and ready to support teaching, learning and wider activity.
Working as part of the wider Campus Operations team, you’ll take a hands‑on role in maintaining buildings and equipment, preparing spaces, and responding to day‑to‑day issues as they arise. You’ll also act as a key point of contact on campus, working with colleagues, contractors and service teams to keep things running effectively.
A key aspect of this role is supporting the Performing Arts faculty. Working closely with Academic and Production teams, you'll help maintain specialist teaching, rehearsal and performance spaces, ensuring facilities and technical equipment are safe, functional and ready to support learning activities, rehearsals and productions.
This is a full‑time role working 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift basis, helping us provide consistent support across the day.
