Job summary

McLaughlin & Harvey's WorkSpace division seeks an FM Technician focused on Building Fabric to maintain a portfolio of client sites across Northern Ireland. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring safety and quality.

This role offers a collaborative team environment with opportunities for training and progression and a competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Carpentry or similar.
• Full Driving Licence.
• Ability to use the Microsoft Office/ IT products.
• A multiskilled Tradeperson with good hands-on experience of building fabric maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide planned and reactive maintenance across client sites.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
• Complete and provide reports for work and equipment, including arrival/departure signatures.
• Respond promptly to helpdesk service calls and undertake repairs.
• Prioritise maintenance to meet agreed response times and coordinate with the manager for delays.
• Order and maintain materials, tools and equipment per company procedures.
• Assist with surveys and reports and maintain asset registers.
