Job summary

Albireo Energy is seeking experienced technicians to service and install building automation and control systems on customer sites. You will diagnose, repair and commission DDC and pneumatic building controls, and coordinate with electricians and other site contractors.

Role requires strong troubleshooting, familiarity with BACnet/Lon networking, and ability to work overtime or weekends as needed. Valid driver's license is required and security clearance may be needed for federal sites.

Qualifications

• Provides service on installed Building Automation and Control Systems.
• Assists with installation and startup/commissioning of BMS systems.
• Works on control devices, sensors, actuators and related wiring.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, diagnoses and repairs building automation control systems at customer’s location.
• Performs preventive maintenance, site surveys, replacement and modifications as needed.
• Performs end-to-end testing, startup, commissioning and servicing on assigned projects.
