Job summary

- Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in BMS or facility operations.
- Familiarity with BMS software/platforms and control systems.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee repair and maintenance activities of all BMS-controlled systems.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot as per maintenance plan.
- Operate HVAC and fire protection systems via BMS to ensure efficient and safe performance.
- Record and analyze operational data to support energy efficiency improvements.
- Provide regular written reports on maintenance and system performance.
