Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley is seeking a Builder Multi-Skilled in the East Midlands to join our housing teams. The role requires roofing experience and a full UK manual driving licence, with responsibilities in social housing settings and use of a company van and fuel card during working hours.

Job description

Title: Builder Multi-Skilled

Location: East Midlands

Salary: £33,299 - £35,052

Working hours/pattern: 40 hours per week between 8am - 6pm.

Requirements

Experience

• Must have Roofing experience
• Previously worked in a social housing or local authority environment
• Relevant NVQ2 qualification or equivalent trade experience

Driving

• A full UK manual driving licence (you will provided with your own Metworks van and fuel card for working hours).
• A minimum of one year of significant driving experience. (MTVH reserves the right to withdraw an offer of employment if company fleet policy is unable to secure adequate insurance.)
