Job summary

Savills is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day operations on a 667-apartment BTR development in Birmingham. You will manage onsite lettings and property management teams, ensuring resident services meet client standards and profitability while delivering a market-leading resident experience.

• Strong customer service ethic / background.
• Experience in managing a team of at least 6 people.
• Experience in managing expenditure against budget.
• Understanding H&S compliance and complex building matters.

• Excellent written and spoken etiquette.
• IT literate and social media savvy.
• Strong financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite lettings and property management teams to deliver services to residents and client.
• Ensure compliance with H&S and sustainability initiatives.
• Manage budgeting, purchasing, and cost control for the development.
• Engage with residents to provide an exceptional resident experience.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and mentoring for the team.
• Liaise with client and portfolio manager on leasing and marketing strategy.
