Job summary

Savills is seeking an experienced Operations Lead for a 667-apartment BTR development in the Ealing area. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lettings and property management, ensuring efficient delivery of services and a market-leading resident experience.

Responsibilities include leading on staff performance, leasing strategy, budget control, and H&S compliance, with occasional portfolio-wide support.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of 6+ people
• Strong customer service ethic
• Experience in managing expenditure against budget
• Understanding H&S compliance and complex building matters
• Excellent written and spoken etiquette

Responsibilities

• Set clear objectives in line with business strategy and measure performance
• Conduct regular 121 meetings, team meetings, and appraisals
• Provide equal opportunities via development, coaching and training in line with DI strategy
• Adhere to company processes in people management and model inclusive behaviour
• Recruitment aligned with team goals and DI objectives
• Provide induction training with 3-month plan, records and mentoring
• Coach, mentor and develop staff including onboarding and career planning
• Empower employees and delegate responsibilities
• Lead performance management with feedback, rewards and development planning
• Oversee budgeting, invoicing and supplier costs; ensure financial procedures
