Job summary

Academics is recruiting a dedicated BSL Support Worker to assist deaf and hearing-impaired students in a Chelmsford school. You will use British Sign Language to support learning, enable participation and build confidence throughout the school day.

The successful candidate will hold a minimum Level 2 BSL qualification and be comfortable using signing in class, with experience in SEN settings preferred. Strong communication and a patient, proactive approach are essential.
