Peabody are seeking a Care Support Worker (BSL) in Basildon to assist deaf individuals at home and in the community. This part-time role (22.5 hours per week) prioritises building independence and confidence through person-centred support.

You will use BSL to communicate, support daily living, access to activities, appointments and community involvement, while working closely with families and professionals to improve outcomes.

Formación

• BSL communication skills enabling effective interaction with deaf individuals.

• Flexible to cover a rota including evenings and weekends.
