Peabody is seeking a Care Support Worker to help deaf individuals live independently, with a focus on BSL communication and empowerment. You will support daily living, personal care and wellbeing, promoting choice and community involvement.

We value a compassionate, patient, person-centred approach. A full UK driving licence is essential, and training will be provided to help you succeed in a supportive, inclusive team.

• BSL skills, training or lived experience
• A passion for supporting people to live their best lives
• Full UK manual driving licence
