Job summary

The Cambian Group is seeking an enthusiastic Health Support Worker to join one of our residential homes. You will support young adults 16+ who are deaf or have significant hearing loss, with training provided to use electronic care records and digital systems.

You must understand or be willing to learn BSL, work on a 365-day rota, and complete a fully paid 10-day induction. The role includes care planning, social activities, and liaising with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Understand, or willingness to learn, BSL.
• Experience with electronic care recording systems is advantageous; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and care to each individual, including transport with residents.
• Assist with care planning, meal planning, social activities and maintaining the home.
