Job summary

Roost Café at Goddenwick Farm is seeking a Brunch and Lunch Chef to join a growing kitchen team. You’ll help develop the menu, deliver creative brunch dishes, and ensure high-quality food during busy service.

Work closely with Café Managers to lead kitchen processes, keep service running smoothly, and contribute ideas for seasonal menus. Weekend availability is essential; wage £13–£14 per hour, based in Sussex countryside.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen (essential).
• Experience with food hygiene standards and procedures (essential).
• Passionate foodie with a flair for creative brunch dishes.
• Skilled in both modern café plates and high-quality breakfast staples.
