Qualifications

• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights and holidays.
• Minimum 4 years of prior customer service experience in retail or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Sales Goals & Targets: consistently achieve individual retail sales goals.
• Brow Services: provide waxing, tinting and tweezing to boost satisfaction.
• Teamwork Towards Sales Success: collaborate with the team to meet counter needs.
• Promotions, Events & Sales Opportunities: support in-store and events to drive sales.
• Sales Tracking & Administration: complete worksheets and assist counter manager.
• Hygiene, Housekeeping & Brand Image: keep counter clean and presentable.
