Benefit Cosmetics UK is seeking a Part-time Brow and Beauty Expert for Boots Broughton Park. You will drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences, while performing brow services and maintaining brand standards.

The role requires a hands-on, energetic multitasker who can engage customers and promote products. In this position you’ll collaborate with the team to meet counter targets, participate in events, and ensure accurate sales tracking and counter administration.

Qualifications

• Dynamic, enthusiastic, and sales-driven.
• Passion for make-up and Retail with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Result-oriented, who likes a challenge and exceeding sales expectations.
• Desire to provide a unique customer experience that drives customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, Bank holidays and holiday periods.
• A minimum of 4 years of prior customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment is required for this role with a passion sales success.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual retail sales goals.
• Provide brow services including waxing, tinting, and tweezing.
• Collaborate with team to meet counter and business needs.
• Support in-store, external, and charity events to promote products and drive sales.
• Complete daily and weekly worksheets to track sales performance and assist with counter manager administration.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic counter and displays to uphold brand standards.
