Job summary

Benefit Cosmetics in Bromley is seeking a Part-time Brow and Beauty Expert to join our Boots counter. This 22.5 hour role over 4 days focuses on creating real connections with customers, driving sales, and delivering exceptional service.

You will provide brow services and product demonstrations, work with the team to meet counter targets, and participate in in-store promotions and events while maintaining brand standards and a welcoming counter environment.

Qualifications

• Dynamic, enthusiastic, and sales-driven.
• Passion for make-up and Retail with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Result-oriented, who likes a challenge and exceeding sales expectations.
• Desire to provide a unique customer experience that drives customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, Bank holidays and holiday periods.
• A minimum of 4 years of prior customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment is required for this role with a passion sales success.

Responsibilities

• Sales Goals & Targets: Consistently achieve individual retail sales goals, as agreed upon with the counter manager.
• Brow Services: Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Teamwork Towards Sales Success: Collaborate with all team members to meet counter and business needs.
• Promotions, Events & Sales Opportunities: Support in-store, external, and charity events to promote products and boost sales.
• Sales Tracking & Administration: Complete daily and weekly worksheets to track sales performance and assist with counter manager administration.
• Hygiene, Housekeeping & Brand Image: Maintain a clean counter and displays to uphold brand standards.
