Benefit Cosmetics in Edinburgh is seeking a Part-time Brow and Beauty Expert to build real connections with customers at Boots Edinburgh. You will drive sales through product demos and brow services while maintaining counter standards.

You'll contribute to events and promotions, work with the team to hit targets, and provide an exceptional customer experience that encourages loyalty and repeat visits. Flexible weekend availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Dynamic, enthusiastic and sales-driven.
• Passion for make-up and retail with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Results-oriented with a drive to exceed sales expectations.
• Desire to provide a unique customer experience that builds loyalty and repeat business.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, bank holidays and holiday periods.
• 2–4 years of prior customer service experience in retail or hospitality.

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and demonstrate products to customers.
• Provide brow services (e.g., waxing, tinting, tweezing) to drive revenue and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet counter and business needs.
• Support in-store events and promotions to boost sales.
• Complete daily/weekly sales worksheets and assist with counter administration.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic counter and displays to uphold brand standards.
