Benefit Cosmetics UK is seeking a Part-time Brow and Beauty Expert (30 hours) for Boots Stoke - Festival Park. You will drive sales, deliver brow services, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires a dynamic, sales-focused individual with a passion for cosmetics and guest service. You will work with the team to promote promotions, events and new launches while maintaining counter hygiene and brand image.

Formación

• Dynamic, enthusiastic and sales-driven
• Passion for make-up and retail with focus on achieving sales targets
• Result-oriented and able to exceed sales expectations
• Desire to provide a unique customer experience that drives loyalty
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, holidays
• Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality with passion for sales success

Responsabilidades

• Sales Goals & Targets: Consistently achieve individual retail sales goals and demonstrate products to drive sales.
• Brow Services: Provide waxing, tinting and tweezing services to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat appointments.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to meet counter and business needs.
• Promotions, Events & Sales Opportunities: Support in-store and external events to promote products and boost sales.
• Sales Tracking & Administration: Complete daily and weekly worksheets to track performance and assist with counter administration.
• Hygiene, Housekeeping & Brand Image: Maintain a clean counter and displays to uphold brand standards.
