This is a Part-time 30-hour Brow and Beauty Expert position.

Responsibilities

As a Brow and Beauty Expert, you will deliver exciting and unique services to all customers. To maximize sales, you should be confident in connecting with customers, passionate about eyebrow styling, demonstrating products, and committed to winning repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments.

Duties for a Brow and Beauty Expert include:

• Sales Goals: Achieving individual sales targets by making connections, demonstrating products, performing brow treatments, and booking repeat appointments.
• Brow Services: Waxing, Tinting, and Tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits. (Full training will be provided to become a Brow Expert!)
• Teamwork: Supporting team members to meet all counter and business needs.
• Promotions and Events: Assisting with in-store and external events, including product launches and charity events.
• Administration: Completing daily and weekly worksheets and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
• Hygiene and Housekeeping: Keeping the counter and displays clean and hygienic at all times.

Qualifications
