Job summary

OneDome is seeking a Head of Training to lead the design and delivery of broker training across the OneDome Group. The role focuses on helping brokers use OneDome's bespoke CRM and software effectively, including AR firms and acquired businesses.

You will personally deliver training, build scalable onboarding, and drive adoption of new features. The role is hands-on with leadership responsibilities, requiring excellence in training delivery, materials creation, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Design and personally deliver training for mortgage brokers or financial advisers.
• Experience training users on CRM platforms and software with practical assessments.
• Create structured onboarding programmes for varied experience levels.
• Rapidly learn bespoke software and teach real client applications.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and written communication.
• Use adoption data to evaluate and improve training outcomes.
• Manage stakeholders across broker teams, AR firms, Operations, Product, Technology and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own broker onboarding from pre-start to induction and follow-up during the first 90 days.
• Create structured learning pathways for all broker types and adapt delivery to experience and role.
• Coordinate training schedules, system access and readiness with recruitment, Operations, network teams and IT.
• Deliver training on OneDome's bespoke CRM and connected software.
• Lead in-person and virtual induction sessions, workshops, and drop-in clinics.
• Build a central training resource with videos, guides, exercises, checklists and assessments.
• Develop local trainers and champions as the business grows.
• Prepare training before new functionality or processes are introduced.
• Capture feedback and relay actionable findings to relevant teams.
• Report onboarding progress and proficiency to VP of Operations.
