OA Group is recruiting a Broker Support professional for a full-time, permanent role in Northamptonshire. You will handle KYC checks, submit applications to lenders, and manage client relationships to support the finance process from submission to completion.

The role emphasizes ownership of cases, KPI achievement, and delivering excellent customer service in a new division. Benefits include bonus opportunities and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in financial services or financial sales; property finance experience would be advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, driven and self-motivated approach.
• The ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise workloads effectively.
• A strong team player with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsabilités

• Complete client KYC checks and due diligence.
• Prepare, input and submit applications to lenders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Take ownership of each case from submission through to completion.
• Manage relationships with lenders, solicitors and valuers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline records.
• Monitor case progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
• Work towards and successfully achieve individual and team KPIs.
