Job summary

Personnel Selection is recruiting for a Broker Support Assistant to join our Financial Services team in Fleet. This is a full-time fixed term contract until December 2027, with hybrid working after an initial training period.

• Experience in financial services preferred, ideally mortgage sector.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to juggle high workload and multi-channel enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for inbound calls, emails and live chat from brokers/intermediaries and resolve queries to satisfaction.
• Provide technical support on products and underwriting criteria.
• Maintain the intermediary database and set up new companies.
• Liaise with Operations for pre- and post-sale queries.
• Support sales team and other business areas to meet service standards.
