OSB Group is hiring for a Broker Liaison role. You will answer new business enquiries, resolve queries, and escalate complaints while delivering excellent customer service. • Experience in a customer service environment.
• Confident telephone manner.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with PCI processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Broker Journey by handling queries from Intermediaries through all communication methods for new lending.
• Liaise with our Business Development Managers to provide ongoing support.
• Participate in telephone campaigns where required for intermediaries.
• Resolve technical queries and escapes where necessary.
• Take card payments and issue refunds in line with PCI processes.
• Complete general administration duties and ad hoc tasks or projects as needed.
