Allianz Personal is seeking a Broker Risk Selection Manager to lead a team of underwriters and pricing analysts within the Personal Lines motor pricing & underwriting function. You will drive broker performance, governance, and portfolio optimization to deliver profitable growth and excellent broker/customer outcomes.

Based in London or Chelmsford with hybrid working (50% office), you will collaborate across Portfolio Pricing, Distribution, Product Delivery and Claims to shape pricing strategy

Formación

• Proven experience managing broker performance to targets in a personal lines insurance environment.
• Strong pricing and underwriting principles, broker book management, data enrichment and risk selection.
• Experience leading and developing technical teams, including underwriters, analysts and pricing professionals.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex performance, risk and market data.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple functions.
• Ability to lead cross-function teams on broker projects including new products and data enrichment.
• Commercial awareness balancing growth, profitability and customer outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of underwriters and pricing analysts to deliver performance.
• Deliver broker KPIs through governance, pricing actions and risk management.
• Monitor motor portfolio performance and identify trends and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Pricing, Technical Pricing, Underwriting, Claims, Distribution and Product Delivery to drive profitability.
• Use internal/external data to support underwriting strategy and portfolio optimisation.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and technical leadership to pricing capability.
