At Flock we do insurance very differently.
Our real-time, data-driven approach means we’re able to price connected vehicle insurance and assess risk better than ever before, whilst giving fleet owners the insights they need to improve safety. We don’t just pay claims; we help our customers prevent them. We now insure hundreds of fleets in the UK, including the likes of JLR and Amazon, as well as fleets that work for DPD, Uber and Bolt.

THE ROLE
At Flock, we’re on a mission to make the world quantifiably safer, and our brokers play a crucial role in making this vision a reality. We’re looking for an ambitious Broker Development Manager to accelerate our distribution through brokers. In this role, you’ll maximise existing broker relationships and develop new ones, joining our fast-paced distribution team right at the heart of Flock’s mission.
WHAT WE THINK IS MOST EXCITING ABOUT THE ROLE:
Working with a diverse network of brokers, you’ll develop new ways to drive engagement and differentiate us from other insurers, including getting involved with specific deals to help deliver on our targets. As an advocate of Flock’s connected fleet proposition, you’ll work with our brokers to help fleets improve their safety and reduce their insurance costs.

At Flock, we offer two types of flexible work options which may vary depending on the needs of each role:
- Hybrid: a minimum of two days a week in the London office
- Remote: typically 3 days a month in the London office
