Salary: £40,000 - £55,000

We are looking for a Broker Claims Relationship Lead who will be responsible for looking after our broker partners in the North West region in conjunction with our trading and distribution colleagues for the region. We have a ‘one face to market’ approach in each region, which is a key priority for this role.

A bit about the job:
The Broker Claims Relationship Lead will work within the North West region of brokers to support Aviva clients in the Aviva Claims Proposition. Building strong internal and external relationships for the benefit of the client and Aviva Commercial business is a key aspect of this role. You would be working closely with the regional distribution team, all product line operational claims teams, underwriting and senior Aviva stakeholders.
Interpreting claims data in order to drive improvements with overall claims trending is an important part of the role. You will act as a role model, coaching and mentoring colleagues where appropriate, actively pursuing opportunities to improve processes and procedures to assist the Commercial business.
You will support the development, implementation and on-going management of relationships with external suppliers, partners or contractors ensuring standards are communicated and implemented in order to maintain service levels and efficiencies to meet targets.
The successful candidate will support projects aimed at system or process improvement at a local or national level in order to drive continuous improvement of service and engage others through Aviva Brand Values and standards as well as the development, implementation and on-going management of market leading sourcing strategies to ensure regulatory compliance is maintained.
