Job summary

CommScope in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Manager to lead Broadband Contract Manufacturing and New Product Introduction sourcing, shaping supplier partnerships and enabling successful launches.

You will drive sourcing strategies, negotiate and manage contracts, and collaborate across Engineering, Quality, Operations, Procurement, Finance, PLM and S&OP to improve cost, quality, delivery, and supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Degree or CIPS certification in supply chain, engineering, business, operations, or related field.
• Significant experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Manufacturing, NPI, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Proven experience leading sourcing strategies for complex products or portfolios.
• Strong understanding of contract manufacturing models and supplier governance.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Broadband's NPI and Contract Manufacturing sourcing activities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with priorities and long-range plans.
• Drive supplier selection, qualification, governance, and performance improvement.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Procurement, Finance, PLM, and S&OP for launches and performance.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract management, and strategic supplier relationships.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing sourcing team while driving operational excellence.
