You will ensure developments are safe, compliant and well-maintained, maintaining relationships with residents, freeholders and contractors. Qualifications

• Experience managing residential blocks or estates and related property management.
• Familiarity with service charge budgeting, invoicing and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of building safety, compliance and contractor management.
• Running resident or client meetings and following through on actions.
• Producing clear, professional correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Visiting sites to inspect, plan works and meet residents and contractors.
• Managing service charge budgets, tracking expenditure and preparing reports.
• Coordinating maintenance, compliance and H&S actions, keeping records up to date.
• Preparing for and attending resident and client meetings, then following through on actions.
• Procuring and overseeing contractors, reviewing performance and approving invoices.
• Handling day-to-day enquiries with empathy, clarity and timely communication.
