Clearview Recruitment Ltd. is partnering with a Bristol-based property management firm to hire a Property Manager. You will oversee day-to-day operations of a residential block portfolio, delivering a professional, customer-focused service while managing maintenance and regulatory compliance.

The role offers hybrid working four days per week (one day in the office) with a focus on budgeting, contractor management, and strong communication with leaseholders, residents, and directors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential property management.
• Knowledge of Section 20 legislation and block management processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Budget management and data handling abilities.
• Willingness to attend occasional out-of-hours meetings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a residential block portfolio.
• Manage maintenance requests and supervise contractors.
• Administer Section 20 works per Landlord and Tenant Act.
• Assist with budgets, returns, and year-end accounts.
• Communicate with leaseholders, residents, and directors.
• Attend client and contractor meetings, including out-of-hours when needed.
• Maintain accurate office databases and records.
• Suggest process improvements for service delivery.
