Job summary

Pertemps Bristol is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a busy lettings team in Bristol. You will manage a portfolio of around 120 residential properties and be the main contact for landlords and tenants.

The role offers a structured, supportive environment with opportunities to progress, a salary of £31,000–£32,000 plus bonus, and a range of benefits including pension, private medical, flexitime and training.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of lettings or property management experience.
• Good organisation and communication skills.
• Confident dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Strong customer service skills.
• A professional approach and attention to detail.
• A full UK driving licence.
• ARLA/NAEA qualifications are helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage your portfolio of around 120 residential properties and be the main contact for landlords and tenants.
• Handle tenancies and relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Deal with maintenance issues from start to finish and organise contractors.
• Carry out property inspections and manage check-outs and deposit negotiations.
• Ensure properties meet legal and safety requirements (Gas Safety, EPC, EICR).
