Job summary

Chrysalis Supported Association in Bristol requires a part-time Recover & Housing Support Worker to assist individuals on the Recovery Programme, helping them retain tenancy and avoid homelessness in supported accommodation.

You will visit participants at home and at project sites, support access to community services, and help develop life and educational skills tailored to each person. A compassionate, boundary‑driven approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing support or recovery services.
• Ability to visit participants at residence and in community settings.
• Compassionate and assertive with clear boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals on the Recovery Programme to retain tenancies.
• Assist participants to access community services and develop life skills.
• Visit participants at their residence and at the Compass Project as needed.
• Coordinate transport to dry houses and project locations when required.
