Job summary

Hawk Hiring in Brighton is seeking an experienced MOT Tester to perform Class 4 MOT inspections in a dedicated MOT bay, ensuring DVSA compliance and road safety. You will manage a realistic daily testing schedule and accurately log results in the DVSA system.

You will communicate findings clearly to customers through our front-of-house team, maintain a clean, safe testing bay, and enjoy a Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 schedule with weekend-free work.

Qualifications

• DVSA MOT Testing Class 4 valid card.
• Strong commitment to compliance and road safety.
• Reliable, team-first attitude with high attention to detail.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Class 4 MOT tests in a DVSA-compliant bay.
• Manage a realistic, well-organized daily test schedule.
• Log test results, advisories and defects on the DVSA system.
• Explain technical findings to customers with front-of-house.
• Keep the testing bay clean, safe, and compliant.
