Job summary

Hawk Hiring is seeking a skilled MOT Tester/Vehicle Technician for a busy automotive workshop in Stoke-on-Trent. The role involves performing Class 4 MOT inspections, carrying out vehicle inspections, and maintaining strict workshop standards to ensure quality and safety.

Qualifications

• MOT Tester Licence (Active Smart Card) required.
• Proven background as an MOT Tester, Vehicle Technician, or Car Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• MOT Testing: Carrying out Class 4 MOT inspections in line with DVSA standards.
• Vehicle Inspections: Identifying faults and advising on any repair work required.
• Workshop Standards: Maintaining accurate documentation while ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with technicians and service advisors to deliver excellent customer service.
