Job summary

Aspen Bridging is recruiting a Sales / Business Development Manager to drive new lending opportunities and strengthen broker relationships across the UK specialist property finance market. You will leverage an established broker network to deliver growth and meet revenue targets in a field-based/hybrid role.

The role requires 4+ years in bridging finance sales, a proven track record of achieving targets, and a willingness to travel. Hybrid working supported with one day per week in the office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience within bridging finance sales/business development.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding lending or sales targets.
• An established and active bank of broker relationships capable of generating immediate opportunities.
• Strong understanding of bridging finance products and specialist property lending.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with brokers, introducers and key intermediary partners.
• Generate new lending opportunities through your existing network and business development activities.
• Present Aspen Bridging's products and services to brokers, developers and professional introducers.
• Identify and convert opportunities involving HNW clients, foreign nationals and property developers.
• Attend networking events, broker meetings and industry functions to raise brand awareness.
• Work closely with underwriting and operational teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Maintain detailed records of pipeline activity and business development performance.
• Deliver against agreed lending and revenue targets.
