Unknown is seeking an experienced specialist advisor to join a team of professionals in bridging and development finance. You’ll work on complex investor funding cases, with access to exclusive lender relationships and a strong commission-based earnings structure.

The role offers either employed or self-employed options, with office-based or hybrid working arrangements and significant earning potential beyond base salary.

Formación

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
• Competent Advisor Status (CAS).
• Strong commercial mortgage/bridging experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Advise on bridging and development finance solutions for investors.
• Structure deals and provide exit strategy planning.
• Engage with lenders and manage investor funding processes.
• Build and maintain client relationships in the investor space.
