Job summary

Additional Resources Ltd in Bristol offers a Financial Broker / Mortgage Advisor role, with hybrid work options. You will advise investors on bridging and development finance, structuring deals, and securing funding from lenders.

The job requires ~2 years' experience in bridging/development finance and CeMAP or equivalent. A base salary of £35,000 plus uncapped commission and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Approx 2 years' experience in bridging and/or development finance.
• Experience sourcing standard buy-to-let (BTL) and HMO mortgages, alongside specialist property finance.
• Background in handling property investor cases, including arranging exit finance.

Responsibilities

• Advising property investors on bridging finance, development loans and suitable funding options, assessing requirements and structuring appropriate solutions.
• Managing complex cases involving property purchases, refurbishments, portfolio refinancing and development projects.
• Identifying suitable lenders and submitting applications in line with their criteria.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and lenders, including supporting deal structuring and exit strategy planning.
• Managing time-sensitive enquiries and progressing funding cases through to completion.
