Outwood Academy Hasland Hall in Chesterfield is seeking a Bridge Coordinator. Start date: as soon as possible. The role involves managing the Bridge provision, acting as the Gatekeeper, and supporting students who face barriers to engagement.

You will work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00–15:30), Term time (38 weeks) plus one week. The post focuses on developing study and social skills, tailoring resources, and delivering behavioural interventions within the Deep Support team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with engagement barriers.
• Ability to manage a targeted Bridge provision.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
