Job summary

The Woodlands is seeking to appoint 3 experienced, enthusiastic Grade 6 Enhanced Teaching Assistants to join The Bridge Team, currently based in Lanchester.

The Bridge provides specialist support for pupils at risk of permanent exclusion and aims to reintegrate them into mainstream education. You will support pupils academically and with behaviour and emotional regulation, working with teachers to ensure progress and a safe, inclusive learning environment. A DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Enhanced Teaching Assistant with relevant experience
• Ability to support pupils academically and emotionally
• Capacity to deliver targeted interventions within lessons

Responsibilities

• Support pupils academically and with behaviour and emotional regulation
