Shirebrook Academy is seeking a dedicated post holder to lead and coordinate The Bridge provision, supporting students with SEMH and behaviour needs. You will work under senior leadership to promote a positive learning environment, monitor attendance and behaviour, and prepare reports for Case Conferences.
The role involves risk assessments, CPDL delivery, and collaboration with Inclusion Staff to implement graduated responses.
Underthe direction of the Vice Principal and Assistant Vice Principal; Behaviour andAttitudes, and working closely with the Assistant Vice Principal; Inclusion andInclusion Team, to manage, supervise and support students toenable them to successfully access a broad and balanced curriculum through theBridge Provision which will incorporate Internal Suspension. The post holder will provide stable leadership and coordinateprovision and support the Teaching and Learning of students with SEMH and/orbehaviour difficulties.

Thisrole is for 37 hours per week, term time only. This includes 2 outof 5 INSET days each academic year as directed, with availability to work anyor all of remaining 3 INSET days at short notice should the need arise, and forwhich additional payment will be made.
Youwill be based at Shirebrook Academy, however the role may, on occasion, involveworking at other academies within the trust.
