Wed2b is hiring a Bridal Sales Consultant in Chelmsford. This permanent, part-time role offers 14 hours per week at £12.71 per hour plus uncapped commission.

Help brides find their perfect dress while delivering exceptional sales results in-store and building lasting customer relationships. You will greet customers, understand style and budget, recommend dresses and accessories, and guide decision-making in a friendly, consultative way.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role.
• A target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• An empathetic and customer-focused approach.
• Confidence in styling or an interest in fashion (preferred).
• Weekend availability, including Saturdays.

Your day to day responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional in-store experience for every bride and their guests
• Build rapport quickly and understand each customer’s style, needs, and budget
• Recommend and style wedding dresses and accessories with confidence
• Guide customers through the decision-making process in a supportive, consultative way
• Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
