wed2b is seeking a Bridal Sales Consultant to help brides find their perfect dress in a fast-paced, target-driven retail setting in Camberley. You will deliver a personalised, high-quality customer experience and guide clients through dress options and accessories.

The role requires weekend availability, a passion for fashion, and a customer-first mindset, with uncapped commission and ongoing training in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role.

Bridal Sales Consultant

6 hours per week at £12.71 per hour + commission

At wed2b, our Bridal Sales Consultants combine a genuine care for every customer with a personal drive for delivering results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working towards targets, while also creating a supportive and personalised experience for each bride.

Your day to day responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional in-store experience for every bride and their guests
• Build rapport quickly and understand each customer’s style, needs, and budget
• Recommend and style wedding dresses and accessories with confidence
• Guide customers through the decision-making process in a supportive, consultative way
• Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
• Collaborate with a small team to maintain a positive and results-driven environment
