wed2b in Wednesbury is seeking a Bridal Sales Consultant for in-store duties, 10 hours per week at £12.71 per hour plus commission. Help brides find their perfect dress while delivering strong sales results.

You will greet customers, build rapport, understand style and budget, style dresses and accessories, and guide decisions in a friendly, consultative way. Weekend availability is required, with training and growth opportunities within an international retail business.

At wed2b, our Bridal Sales Consultants combine a genuine care for every customer with a personal drive for delivering results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working towards targets, while also creating a supportive and personalised experience for each bride.

Your day to day responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional in-store experience for every bride and their guests
• Build rapport quickly and understand each customer’s style, needs, and budget
• Recommend and style wedding dresses and accessories with confidence
• Guide customers through the decision-making process in a supportive, consultative way
• Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance

Who we’re looking for
