Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Multi Skills Trainer to move from practical construction trade work into teaching at a main campus in Northamptonshire. The role offers full training, a clear route into education and long‑term stability, with a 37-hour week.

You will deliver predominantly Level 1–2 construction skills, focusing on Brickwork, with Carpentry backgrounds also considered, and support learners with varying abilities. Benefits include generous holiday and a pension.

Qualifikationen

• Level 3 qualified in Brickwork / Carpentry (Level 2 considered with substantial industry experience)
• Strong hands-on trade background with the ability to demonstrate techniques
• Patient and confident supporting learners with different needs

Aufgaben

• Delivering predominantly practical Level 1 and Level 2 construction skills training
• Primarily Brickwork focused (Carpentry background also considered)
• Supporting learners with varying abilities, including additional learning needs
• Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week (main campus based)
• One-stage interview: 45-minute interview including a 15-minute micro‑teach
