Are you an experienced Bricklayer or Multi-Skills Construction professional looking to move off the tools and into a rewarding career where you can pass on your skills?
Do you want to work Monday to Friday, receive full teacher training and develop a long-term career in education while helping young people build practical skills and confidence?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, friendly training provider supporting young people who may not have thrived in mainstream education. You will also support young people with different abilities and additional learning needs.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Bricklayer or Multi-Skills Construction professional with strong practical industry experience. A Level 2 qualification or above would be beneficial but is not essential.
