Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd in Rose Hill, South London is seeking an experienced Bricklayer or multi-skills professional to become a Multi-Skills Bricklaying Tutor. You’ll deliver practical training to 16-25 learners, with full teacher training provided, on a Monday–Friday on-site basis.

The role offers £33,000–£37,000 plus 36 days holiday, pension and clear career progression in education.

Qualifications

• Experienced bricklayer or multi-skills professional with hands-on industry experience.
• Level 2 qualification or above beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to engage with young people and support learners with additional needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical bricklaying and multi-skills training to learners aged 16-25.
• Support learners with different abilities and additional learning needs.
• Demonstrate construction techniques and supervise practical tasks.
• Help learners develop work-related skills for future employment.
• Work with small groups (~12-15) with a Learning Support Assistant.
• Participate in full teacher training and assessor qualification.
